This course is designed to provide clinicians (social workers & counselors) with an introduction to Perinatal Mental Health conditions in order to best support birthing individuals and their families. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

About the facilitator:
Kristen Brooks, LCSW-C, LICSW, LCSW, PMH-C is the Founder and CEO of Building Beyond Therapy Inc. With over a decade of social work experience, Kristen's passion lies in helping young women and mothers realize their true importance and potential. Kristen holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and has completed specialized trainings in Postpartum Mood Disorders with an emphasis on trauma and pregnancy and infant loss.
